Job Anxiety

Hey guys. Okay. So I have a 9 month old. And right now he is going through teething again. First it was the bottom 2 at 6 months and now it's the top Previously before then, he got pneumonia at 5 months. Plus a cold here and there. I know the first year is the toughest because they building up their immune system. But I'm afraid of losing my job. I have sick time and I use it. But there are days like today. I got a call from his school. My boss called me cause I was supposed to be in today but I had to leave from work and get my son. Have y'all ever lost y'all job to your mommy duties?
