My 4 month old is this normal?

My son can sit up on his own and can almost crawl at 4 months is this common? He likes to stand as well (with help), is he just advanced or is this common he is also teething at the moment there are bumps and doc said they are swollen. He can also roll over both ways
He is 18 pounds and 2 feet 2.38in :)

Completely normal! We were walking with fingers at 3 mths and army crawling at 4 mths, crawling at 5 and now full on walking at 8.5...there's a whole wide range for 'normal' time frames for these milestones! Not behind or early, every baby has their own pace for discovering their new abilities. Everything sounds right on track 😃😃😃

I've heard its normal. baby's do things at different times. I have a 9 month old that just now started to roll over , she can sit up by herself but still sometimes falls over and she will not even attempt to crawl.
