Doctor rant; angry and confused!! Help 😩

So yesterday I found out I may have cholestasis and took blood tests and was meant to hear back this morning. Well, apparently they couldn't find results or any proof that I took a lab in general, so my doctor called earlier asking if I took one; I said yes and they said they'd call back with information but that was at 11am so I called almost an hour ago (3:30) and asked what's going on, did they find them or should I come take a new one or what and they said they'd call me when the lab people are available.

I'm freaking out, angry because this should be a priority-- my baby's life could be at stake! I'm wanting to call at 4:30 and tell them I'm going to labor and delivery to get induced myself if they don't figure it out during that call, because I'm not about to risk my baby for their slacking.

Is that a good idea or will they laugh in my face? Would they even induce me? (I'm 39 weeks today)

Does anyone know the risks of cholestasis or how long it would take to cause negative effects? I'm panicking, I can't let anything happen to my baby..
