I've been told I'm higher risk for pre eclampsia but no one's told me what it actually is like any help ladies

it's high blood pressure, swelling that doesn't better with rest , headaches and protein in your urine  , its very dangerous for you and baby if you are at high risk they will monitor you and most likely induce you early to prevent any problems

It's high blood pressure, along with some other symptoms. If you do have it, you may have to be induced earlier and be watched closely because super high blood pressure is dangerous for you and baby. Just means you have to be monitored and watch your sodium intake!

I had preeclampsia with my first two pregnancy. Is no joke and you should take it seriously. Google preeclampsia is more info in there and will be helpful for you. My advice to you is to ask questions to your Dr. next time you see her/him. You should always be inform when it come to your pregnancy.
