Is there a difference?
I'm feeling so down on myself at the moment. After an emergency c-section I couldn't start working out until 6 weeks PP. During my pregnancy I put on 60lb (I know right? 😔) so I had a lot to lose. After the birth I immediately lost 26lb, then since week 6 I've lost 10lb under my own steam. Last week I finally hit 150lb which puts me back in the healthy weight category for my 5"5 height based on BMI, but only just. I still need to lose 30lb to get to my pre pregnancy weight and I just feel really bad about my body, so does anyone see a difference?
