Best Workouts For Weight Loss?
I'm 13 and I'm overweight by 25 pounds. I know you're probably thinking 'you're too young to worry about that' but the thing is, I have no insecurities about it. It's for my health. I was hospitalized for 6 months. I was extremely sick. I have a condition where if I get sick again, there is nothing medicine or treatment can do. I won't die, but I'll be in miserable agony for 6 weeks to wait it out. I'm healthy now, but because of my weight it's easier for me to get sick. I'm not at a healthy weight. I NEED to lose it because it's kinda weight related. So if anyone could PLEASE help I'd appreciate it, thank.
