Help Me!

Okay so, I've been fooling around with this guy that I know for a little bit over three months. He always talks about having a relationship with me at first and then asked me to be his girlfriend, and wanting to be with me, and that I'm the perfect one for him. He's even tried to mention he loves me(which I ignore) but anyways we've been having sex too, and eventually unprotected after a while..he even mentions that he wants me to have his baby a lot and is always saying he hopes I'm pregnant. So surprisingly but not so surprisingly I miss my period, and I freak, I take 6 pregnancy test..& i figured I have to let him know. So I FaceTime him and show him all the test I've taken lined up, he and doesn't seem to have any feeling towards it, but asks me to take 1 on FaceTime with him. RESULTS still positive, and then he asks if I go through with this he wants a blood test! Wtf! At this point I'm at lost, should I keep this baby and leave this guy alone or what? I'm on a emotional roller coaster because I really don't know what I've gotten myself into. He has 3 kids and 3 different baby mothers, so this is not his first child but it will be mine.
