Acid reflux in babies.. Help

So around 1 month old my son randomly one night threw up his entire bottle, and since then hasn't stopped. ( he's almost 3 months ) the doctors told us it was acid reflux. I have a friend with a baby that has it as well and he don't exactly do the same as Barrett. Barrett before he pukes will start drooling and making noises. Then here comes the vomit, and LOTS of it too. A whole 4-6 ounces of yellow slimy puke shooting out of his nose and mouth. Does anyone else have his problem.? It will make me feel so much better knowing that me nor Barrett is the only ones suffering from this severe case of reflux. Thank you.
