HELP!! G-Tube..Foley Catheter??? Medicine???

My daughter had surgery the 23rd for the G-Tube however we have to do with a Foley Catheter for 6weeks. I was wondering if you is there a better way or a trick to give your child medicine?? We have to gravity flush after feedings and when givin medicine. When we give her medicine I flush with little water before however it takes FOR EVER to go down! And it's getting very irritating!! And remind you we are dealing with 7 month old baby, any tricks or better way you guys have into how you have your child medicine.
