Pregnant or just constipated?

Last night, I went to bed with weirdly uncomfortable semi sharp raw pains all around under my rib cage and lower. My stomach became very bloated and hard (I Couldn't press down on it at all!) I tried going number 2 and barely anything came out. But also, this morning I woke up with tender breasts, but barely any pain in my stomach area. I am also to be expecting my period in 5-7 days. Is this any reason to be paranoid that I am pregnant?
