Am I going crazy

Do you ever just want to disappear from ur life for a while like I feel like I need a vacation on the beach by my damn self with no hubby no baby just me. I'm so stressed I have a 6 month old I get no help with I get barely any sleep and I'm just sick of doing the same thing over n over every day. I don't work so I just sit at home and take care of the baby which is great and all but I feel like my life needs to change
