Do you ever feel guilty when leaving your kids even if it's just a mommy shopping trip??

I feel unbearable guilt when leaving my 2 children and wondering if any of you moms out there feel the same, I feel this way so much I hardly ever leave them unless they are in school. It's really getting bad in my brain at the min 😫.

Nope. It's important to show them that creating time for yourself is important for not only men but women -an act of selfcare and therefore selflove. Children model what they see and far too few of us see a proper example of how to love ourselves.

Nope. Worry a little maybe, and occasionally feel bad if he's upset when I leave. But there's no reason to feel guilty, and it's not healthy for mom, or for the kids, to feel that much guilt over a normal part of life.

I was having crazy bh and called my ob. She said to go to labor n delivery. My sister offered to watch my 13 month old. This boy has never left my side, ever lol. I left him and was in tears as i walked out the apartment building.

Not at all, not for a second. If I do leave him, it's with my husband who is also equally his parent. As much as I am the mom and primarily care for him, I do not feel bad giving my husband daddy duty. After all, he gets him time a lot more than I get me time. So nope, not even for a second.

Even tho they drive me crazy sometimes the only time I give myself a break is when they are in school or I am in work which is not a lot doing only part time. I very very rarely see my friends. I feel panicky and guilt if I'm even thinking of going out and leaving them for anything other than work.. 🤷🏼‍♀️😒

I kinda feel a bit bad when leaving kids with hubby when I know he is tired. He is a doctor, rarely home but hey I need to get things done by muself.
Feeling bit guilty when going to have a pedicure or hair done but getting over it easily... :)
I travelled for few days when my daughter was 7 months...I wasn't feeling guilty ad I had family staff to sort out but I missed her badly

Yes I feel extremely guilty. My son will be 3yrs and the last year and a half I have left him 3 times. I feel he is my responsibility and should be with me or dad at all time. I'm fine when he goes to school but other then that nope. If I go he goes if I need a vacation he goes to cause he needs to experience new things too
