Have a right to be upset??

My husband literally dictates our sex life. We are never allowed to have sex unless he is in the mood. He has a very low sex drive so our sex is rare. I have a high one. If he is in the mood and I am not I still have sex with him. It is never that way with me. If I am in the mood and he isn't, we 100% don't have sex. I've tried to talk to him about this and voiced my feelings and I get nowhere. I am so frustrated. 😑 Do I have a right to be upset about this?
