what the heck is wrong with me

I had a lap July 27th it's now September 13th and still no period. just cramps on and off then they disappear. I started taking Vitex a couple of days ago and have had severe cramps. both ovaries are cramping off and on like a dull ache. also o have bad back ache in my lower back. my cramps get worse in the evening around bed. why am I not getting a period? why am I not ovulating? why am not pregnant????? has anyone else had this? my cramps are cramps and a burning sensation in my lower uterus and ovaries.
