Spotting a week after period

Okay guys i need a little advice.. im 20 years old a typically healthy girl I have normal periods on a normal 28 day cycle.. me nd my boyfriend had unprotected sex the last day of my period (yes he did cum in me) the next day I noticed i was spotting nd having minor cramps I thought maybe it would stop nd he just extended my period or something a couple of days went by (7 to be exact) and i was still spotting. I took a test nd it came back negative.... I've been having baby fever lately and might be overthinking....what do you guys think??
