Remedies for hip and back pain

What are some good remedies for hip and lower back pain?  Little back story I was working 50-60 hours a week until this past Saturday when I ended up in the er due to cramping and some bleeding. The ultrasound showed the baby doing really good strong heard beat but I have an internal bleed that has to be monitored. The cramps started almost 2 weeks ago. At first they were just in my lower stomach and now they are starting in my right hip area, going up my back, and then to my lower stomach. I have tried tylonal and a heating pad but it isn't really helping. It hurts to do anything. And I am already on bedrest :( I'm only 13 weeks 6days)
