Disrespectful or cheating?
We’re seniors in high school! Of course. We’re going to graduate this year and I still can’t believe people have the audacity to do this. I’m not sure if it really classifies as cheating, or if it’s just disrespectful, but this girl I know has a boyfriend that she has been dating for almost a year? Or half a year, I never really asked. Her boyfriend goes to a different school, and our school homecoming is soon. She and her boyfriend aren’t going to homecoming since he’s going to be paying for both their prom tickets for his schools prom and our schools promise which is a lot of money. She still wanted to go to homecoming though, and instead of going with a friend she wants to bring another guy as her date.
She told us this while our little group was eating lunch together, and we all just stared at her shocked. I asked if her boyfriend knew and if he would be okay with it and she said “what he doesn’t know doesn’t hurt him”. She instantly started asking the guys at the table to be her date, and they all said no since she had a boyfriend. She looked like she was about to ask MY boyfriend, but remembered just in time that was I RIGHT THERE 🤦🏻♀️
From what I hear from my boyfriend and the other guys, she’s a huge flirt and they think it’s weird since she has a boyfriend, luckily she doesn’t flirt with my boyfriend though.
I’m not sure if what she’s doing is cheating or if she’s just being disrespectful af to her relationship, but she just keeps hinting and asking guys to be her date.
