Feel like giving up 😔

Me and my partner have been TTC for 7 months and honestly i already feel like giving up! I understand its not that long as some people have been TTC for 2+ yrs but its just getting me down. I was on the nexplanon implant  and also had the injection and the pill all in the space of 4 years but my cycles are completely regular and have been since i stopped taking birth control. I just have a gut feeling that there is something wrong with me and im at a loss now with what to do as doctors wont help until ive been TTC for atleast 12+ mnths. Any advice on how to stress less about it all and keep positive?
