I use birth  control but not condoms. He pulls out too but he came a little in me the other day because when he pulled out he was already ya know anyways I'm safe right I'm 16.

Birth control alone is normally 99percent effective so there would be a small chance or pregnancy. also, as far as I am aware, you are still at risk of STIs (someone can correct me if I am wrong about that).

You should be 50/50. No pill is 100% effective. I however trusted it a few times. He came inside me about 4-5 times and we were fine. But that's taking a chance. 
All in all, you probably are fine. But it's taking a chance
