Headaches/Migraines

So, sadly the SO has started getting splitting migraines during intercourse usually before he gets his. (I can tell by his moaning) And I tell him not to hold back, if it's a quickie idgaf. But I think he still does. I've read into it and it's a thing makes go through. Just wondering if anyone else's SO has or is experiencing this and curious if there was a solution. I hate seeing him in such agony, I suffer from migraines and it takes a lot for him to cry so I can only imagine his pain. Also the ego pain. Even though, I'm more concerned about hos health rather than having to stop intercourse.
