Child Support Court

If I can prove the noncustodial parent hides wages by getting paid on a 1099 and only discloses wages on a W9, do you think the judge will hold him responsible for retroactive child support based on his true wages?

- He hasn't made every child support payment, and is currently $11,000 behind in payments

- I have a copy of his 1099 and W9 from the same year of the order. I obtained them from the home we shared while we were married.
