Right side face pain?

Ok so I have what I think is sinus pain on my right cheek. Started last night and it's a constant pain that increases if I touch the cheekbone. Of course I googled it and it said it could be pre eclampsia. I'm very sceptical but scared to risk it so to all the mother's out there go have/had pre eclampsia anyone had this? No other symptoms except pain on the top of my uterus but I think that is due to the belly weight. I'm almost 40 weeks pregnant.
