Cold tips?

So I work with younger kids now and of course they are all sick. Woke up this morning and now I'm sick😒any tips of kicking a cold while pregnant?i don't want to resort to over the counter stuff so more natural the better!

We use essential oils as much as we can, as momma is pregnant and the kiddos are too young for cold medicine. 
Most lines have a respiratory blend that is really helpful for cough, congestion, runny nose. Smear it on your chest or feet like vicks after mixing with coconut oil or diffuse in a diffuser to get moisture in the air like a humidifier. 
We try to use the protective blend too to strengthen our immune system when the first one goes down. This year I actually started applying it daily about 3 weeks before school started. 
There are several others to use, I recommend checking out a book or doing some solid research online. Stay away from amateur blogs though. Oils need to be treated like medicine, too much isn't good and some have odd interactions with the sun and such. Sensitive people and kids/babies also have special requirements. 
I also really like Mother's Milk tea. It's really soothing on the throats and has a nice decongesting feeling. I discovered this after I had my oldest. Safe to drink during pregnancy, and no it doesn't do anything to your breasts before baby. 
Steam, hot water packs, warm wash cloths, think back to old fashioned remedies.
