birth story

i was induced with my son. i got a call feom the hospital that i could go in that night (august 10) to start the induction process. the iv was in at 12am. they actually stopped giving me the pitocin (i think thats how you spell it) because it was putting me in labor lol. i came into the hospital at 3cm and 70%effaced. in just 5 hours i went from 3cm to 7cm. doctor didnt want me having my baby in the middle of the night. ealy the next morning they started me on the pitocin again and around 10:45-11 am i began pushing. pushed for about an hour-hour fifteen minutes. my 6lb 14oz boy was born at 12pm! my grandma brags because i delivered him all natural and didnt even make a sound when pushing him out. had 5 stitches and MAJOR swelling. a total of 12 hours from when the iv was started.
