What’s the least painful and the most painful place to get a tattoo.. where would you get your first tattoo, because I’m looking into it

My first one was on my foot near my toes, and surprisingly it didn’t hurt as much as ppl told me it would. It is also dot work tho, so that could’ve been why. Just felt like that tingly sensation when my feet are waking up from being numb, some parts even tickled 🤷🏻‍♀️
