Random Sharp pains?

Just curious if anyone else experiences the same thing I do with Endo. I have endo and I've been wondering about these sharp pains I've been getting. lemme explain lol. So we all know periods are terrible but the pain I'm talking about comes around when you stretch out your stomach (meaning you arch your back) or when your laying on your back and you go to switch positions and it literally feels like something inside your body just ripped. Like the pain is Sudden and I'm not exaggerating when I say it hurts so bad it take the air from my lungs. sometimes it only last a few seconds, other times it feels like it last for years! And the pain is localized to the low stomatch/uterine area. I wanna know if anyone has ever had this if so have you had it checked out? what happened? Thanks ladies! ❤
