How did you contact your doctor?

I've tried mentioning to my obgyn that I had been getting bad cramps and pains in my lower abdomen and lower back for a while now. She's also put me on birth control and other pain pills for pain in the past, but is there a specific way/ time when to ask about endo specifically? I've had pretty much any and every symptom anyone has listed and she's felt around for cysts before but couldn't find any. I'm just wanting some sort of relief for being in 24/7 pain now
