Post surgery.

Hey everyone, I don't know where to category this post but I had back surgery 4 weeks ago. It was a disktomony where they removed two levels of discs that was pressing my nerve plus part of my bone. Here the thing my period is coming next week and I keep having migraines, maybe it's the allergies but I been dizzy since surgery just by standing up. There some days yes I'm not as dizzy. Had anyone experienced something like this after surgery or having horrible breakout of acne?
