Why does this happen to me 😭

Question

I promise I’m not a bad person. I pay my taxes, I donate to people in need, I’m a nice girl. Why do bad things happen to nice people. Why, right when my SO leaves for work tonight, do I see a huge spider on the curtains and a giant centipede on the wall. Why God? What have I done? And why do i try to kill them & end up losing both? Why? I have the biggest fear of bugs, so why am I being punished? I’m curled in a ball in my room currently fearing that they will come back for me. Please send help.

Luckily my husband was home! About a week ago, we were in the living room and I put my son down on his play mat, I was down there with him for a little bit making him laugh, nibbling his cute little toesies (distracted) I slowly got up to stand and not a foot away from me was the BIGGEST SPIDER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. Swear on everything if my husband wasn't there to get it, that spider was close enough to my son that it could've adopted him 😂😂 jk but really, I almost had to sleep in the car.

Girl. Consider yourself lucky. The other night, I was innocently watching YouTube on my bed when I thought I saw something move on my blankets. I initially freaked the fuck out then I was like "no need to be irrational. Just my eyes messing with me." I moved my blanket and a HUGE spider started RUNNING towards me. It was larger than a quarter. I lunged forward and tried to kill it with a nearby book but I was too late. It crawled in between the wall and my bed 😭 I was terrified lol. Once I calmed down and my heart rate was semi normal, I moved the bed to the middle of the room and took off all the sheets and blankets and lifted the mattress. It was nowhere to be found. Still haven't found it.

This happens literally all the time but you can’t really lose the spiders here there like massive and when I say massive I mean as big as and bigger then your hand so they’re hard to lose but terrifying and then the small ones are so poisonous you have to get someone to come out if you do lose a spider AND then there’s tje possibility of a brown snake coming into the house which has happened before and let me tell you I’d rather shit in my hands and clap than have that happen again. Count yourself lucky girl 😂

I 100% agree! we have sewer pipes being fixed all over town but OUR house has to be the one built on a fkn cemetary! So while the city sifts through dirt to finish their job our house has become home to Phorid flies (love anything damp and decaying) so we have those that are as annoying as fruit flies, I have punched myself in the face a few times trying to kill some. also, we too have those house "million-leggers" they are fast as hell too! i hate those things they only come out when its really cold though. the occasional spider... i can not wait to move. i am going insane with bugs. one more year...

Omg I am so sorry I am the same way!! this week has not been starting off good for me because I have been seeing bugs everywhere! I saw two small spiders today it was abit late and I was trying to feed my 11 month old before going to bed. I thought I was going to dyeee. I woke up my bf to kill them lmao he was so pist but I pretended they were too far up for me to reach. this past days I also been seeing these beetle bugs and I cried cus I lost it in the room ): girl I am the same way
