So my bf is fair skinned and has sandy red blond hair and his dads side of the family has red heads so the Father of my child has a reddish blond hair with a red beard and my grandpas side of the family has red hair and I’m a brunette. Will my baby have red or blond hair? Any body good with knowing how the genes work?
My side : red head but I’m a brunette
The father: has red in his dads side and the father is reddish blond

genetics are so weird! my husband is a ginger, I'm a brunette and our son came out with white blonde hair and still has it at almost 2! Same with eyes, his dad has green eyes, I have brown and our son has very bright blue eyes! You'll be surprised the combination you could get! ♥️🤗

Truthfully if you're worried about loving the baby less for it, you won't care lol. Red heads are adorable 😍 with red being on both sides it's very likely but also possible to not have it. My LO has the lightest blond hair with copper streaks in it and red was on both sides. He looked like he was going to be a redhead for a minute but it's growing out more blonde.
