good weight for me
Hey guys. I would like to know if I'm at a healthy weight for my age and stuff but idk where I could find this info so I thought I would ask here. I'm 13 (14 here in a few days) and my height is 5'6". My weight currently is 148.8 Lbs and I feel like l should loose some.
