I'm really confused

I don't know what's going on with me. AF is due today, and I had HORRIBLE cramps this morning, but no AF yet and no spotting which is weird, normally I have some light spotting a couple days before AF. I had a vvfl when I tested 3 days ago, but negatives since. I'm 14 dpo today. I know the easy answer is to just wait and see if AF does show up, but my hopes were really up when I got my vvfl. Are the cramps this morning a bad sign for this month? Did anyone have something similar and actually get a bfp??
