I’m so scared

I’m 22 years old and 4 weeks pregnant I’m scared cause my kidneys are dilated I have this because it is hereditary and i didn’t plan to get pregnant I don’t know if I can have this baby I’m going to see my doctors tomorrow but I’m so scared, so nervous I don’t know if I want this kid and my boyfriend is in the army starting basic training I can’t communicate with him I have to wait like a week for him to write the first letter. I don’t know what to do I’m so scared
