Rainbow baby

Hi guys I am 7 weeks 1day and this is my rainbow baby, I had a miscarriage at 9w6days in January. I’m super exited yet nervous for this one. I’ve been experiencing on and off nausea for the last two weeks which I never did with my first pregnancy and my nurse said that’s a good sign.

I’m just getting on and off cramping and it’s making me worry. It’s not intense or anything but I still can’t help but worry, I just want everything To be fine. Can other insure me that they have experienced the same and same with the on off cramping ?
