Implantation bleeding?

A week ago I started to have sore nipples and it lasted 4/5 days and i also had lots of cramps. Today I’m suppose to start my period but I had light spotting and now it’s gone. I’m having a lot of cm and I feel like I’m leaking and think it’s my af but I check and it’s just lots of cm. I have a weird feeling in my stomach maybe I’m just over thinking lol. I also was sick for a few days and it went away but now I have this cough that just won’t go away! I never had this much cm and read it can be a sign but I don’t remember having it with my first child.
