9 weeks 1 day

Today I found out that my precious little baby’s heart stopped beating sometime last night. I’m completely heart broken and devastated. Everyone keeps telling me not to blame myself and I’m trying so hard not to. My heart is in pieces. I sat at the doctors from 10:30am to 3:30pm. Two ultrasounds confirmed my worst nightmare. I go Friday for a d&c; and after they’re going to test the baby to see what caused its heart to stop. They believe the baby had a clot. They figure the baby passed away sometime last night as it only measured 9 weeks 1 day and last night it had a heart beat of 146 before I went to sleep. Any other moms experience loss and found a good way to cope with it?
