How do you breastfeeding/ working moms do it? I was working part time and wasn't afforded enough time to pump at work and got mastitis so I quit because they weren't being accommodating. So I've been looking at jobs at places that I know would be accommodating and really want to start working but now another wrench is being thrown in. My mother in law who watches our daughter for free (yes I know I'm blessed) has a habit of always being too sick to do anything and it is 80% of the year. She has ALWAYS been like this. I've been wanting her to come watch Etta so I can go to the grocery store or appointment but for the past 3 weeks she has been too sick. So basically she is going to be super unreliable

for regular childcare! We don't want to hire a sitter because with how much I would be making we would basically just be paying them my entire paycheck which...what is the point of working then? I'm at a complete loss! My MIL really wants to watch Etta but I just don't know how we can make it work! I also don't know how to confront her about it without hurting her feelings. Ugh parenting is stressful!
