My baby's father told me he wants nothing to do with me or the baby when he found out I was pregnant and when I messaged him once about if he wants to go to an ultrasound or an OB appointment he turned it down and then blocked me. Do I have to put his name on the birth certificate when the baby is born or do I not have to?
