Please help!! Pregnant?

So the day of my last real menstrual period was 7/24/2017. I then was supposed to get my next on 9/3/2017. It did show but it was not a period really, it was just brown discharge with a little blood for a few days. So now on 10/4/2017, I have been having really bad cramps for a few days and tomorrow I will be getting a pelvic exam because I don't know what is causing the cramps.

I don't think it's my stomach or gas or anything. I haven't had any issues with constipation or urinary problems, other than I pee quite a bit. I have been getting headaches. I have really bad cramps in the area of my uterus. definitely not in my intestines or stomach it is further down. A couple inches above pelvic bone is more firm than I have really felt before. Another thing that I noticed that I haven't really noticed before (never been pregnant) is that I have been getting creamy white discharge. It's somewhat thick. I don't know if that means anything. If I was pregnant, I would've conceived on 8/8/2017. That was around the last time I had unprotected sex. I would be 10 weeks and 2 days today. I took one shitty gas station clear blue test about a week ago and it was bfn but again, shitty. WHat do you think??? I'm honestly not looking for a "yes" or "no". I think most helpful would be from anyone who has experienced something like this. The key issue for me is the bad cramps, not on my period. Ok thanks if u read this 💓
