In a panic, HELP

I was giving my two month old a bath just now. Her daddy was holding her while I took a cup and rinsed her off. Well I went to rinse off her chest and she lunged forward and got water in her mouth. She choked and when her daddy lifted her up she spit a lot of it up. I’m sure she swallowed some though. I am in a panic. I feel like such a shitty mom. What should I do? What are some signs I should be looking for that she needs medical attention immediately? Please help me I can’t stop crying thinking something may happen to my baby...
