I really REALLY NEED HELP!!:(
My son is 3 and a half months and I pump exclusively. I was able to pump about 10oz in 20 minutes! But I find it hard sometimes to pump within a few hours. And this past couple weeks my supply has gone down drastically! He's growing so fast and he's starting to drink more and I can't keep up. Is there anything that helps with getting my supply up? I might have to temporarily mix some formula in. But he hates it! Is there a formula that tastes like breast milk?
