You'd know if you had one. I know that sounds stupid, but it's true. It's like fireworks; it's really hard to ignore and it takes over your entire body and it makes you shiver and tremble and make noise usually. It feels like all your nerves are being messed with at once, but all your nerves have been relocated to down there. And it feels really good & warm, and it comes in waves. Squirting if you look it up is actually just peeing which is gross! BUT it means your orgasm was so strong that you lost control of your bladder and peed yourself.
