Should I be worried?

My baby boy turns one next week, he's just cutting his bottom teeth (not cut but I can see them) and he's properly cut a top tooth. He's been pretty miserable with it and he's on a wonder week too. I've been giving him bonjela teething jel and calpol at night as it's worse for him then and he cry hysterically, to the point he starts coughing.

He's a bit off his food, he is still eating enough but not as many snacks as usual. The last few days he been sick in the morning, not a lot, more like a spit up, but I'm not sure if I need to be concerned as I think it may be the bonjela, or whether to speak to the health visitor? No temp and other than being clingy and a bit more whingey he's still himself and plays but more cuddly.

Any ideas?
