Alright Everyone I Need Help!!

So my husband and I need to loose weight. I just don't know how..(sounds silly I know) here is my problem. Health foods are expensive and we can't spend tons on health foods.. we have a budget. Also I'm not good at planning/cooking healthy meals that taste good. I have a texture problem. I don't like many veggies or fruits. I don't like tomatoes (except Italian diced in a can) I don't like cucumber, cauliflower, peppers (cooked in something is fine) carrots, beets... Ok let me make it simple with the veggies I like. Broccoli (only with soy sauce or cheese) celery (only with ranch) peas(with butter), green beans(with butter and salt) corn (butter and salt) and umm not sure what else not much.. my husband likes anything. So what are good meal plans to loose weight? Like a whole week plan breakfast-dinner. Also how can I loose weight bright so picky? Please Help! we have both gained over 40lbs! also not very active due to circumstances.
