Losing Weight
Hello my name is Tuesday I’m currently 20 years old an I know this is probably a long shot but I was wondering if yall could give me some tips on weight loss? I currently weight 330 and I’m trying to get down to at least 200 but I’m on my own and I’ve tried eating differently and working out but I must be honest I do slip but I have become very inspired by seeing that it can be done so I’m reaching out to see if yall could possibly give me some tips on good workout or eating healthier!
