Scared about Perinatologist

I am 11 weeks pregnant with my second child.

I was a high risk pregnancy with my first son. I had severe hemmoraging throughout my pregnancy and it was discovered after 50 hours of labor that I had placenta accreta and I had to have an emergency D&C; resulting in severe scar tissue to my uterus. I was advised not to have anymore children.

My SO use condoms religiously and are super careful. Unfortunately I can’t go on the pill because of severe migraines and I can’t get an implant because of the state of my uterus but still we are careful. This past month we had sex with a condom no breakage and afterwards I took plan B because I noticed something was off. Well i discovered at 8 weeks I was pregnant.

I haven’t seen any doctor yet or had any tests because my GYN doesn’t deliver babies (I assumed we weren’t going to have any more) and I have an appointment with a Perinatologist tomorrow. I am very scared about what will happen.

Has anyone here had a baby after placenta accreta? Any advice? TIA
