Nervous
I was told I should try to gain a pound a week for my goal weight by my OB. I was 140 (right on target) at my last appointment and I feel like something is wrong because I can now see my hip bones and my rib cage.... Is it normal to drop some weight at around week 10? I just feel like I have gotten smaller. I don't have a scale of my own but wanted to know if looking smaller at around 10 weeks is normal? My best friend said hips could be more visible due to them spreading apart, or nugget could have shifted backwards toward my spine. My next appointment is two weeks exactly. Should I call my OB or?
