Tandem nursing while pregnant

I need some advice and I’m not sure who else to ask. First please pray for me, I found out (much to my surprise) I’m pregnant! 😍 This is great news, but is very surprising because I’ve been bleeding, so I’m pretty nervous I might actually be loosing the baby. So my question is were you ever nursing 2 kids and pregnant? I’m nervous all the stimulation is causing the bleeding. I’m currently nursing my 2yr old and 8month old. I’m trying to distract my toddler, but she is use to three nursing sessions a day 😬Then I thought I should be pumping all the extra milk for the baby incase my supply drops during pregnancy. When I got pregnant last time my oldest was already 1yr old so I wasn’t worried nutritionally. But seeing as my little one is only 8 months I want to make sure he has breast milk. But is the pumping just as bad? I just found out yesterday about the pregnancy and had blood work done, I go again tomorrow then they can compare my hCG levels. Just trying to wrap my head around it all and make smart decisions as I wait to see my doc next week. Anyone been in this situation??

Side note, if you’ve never tandem nursed and this situation sounds insane to you, I get it. I didn’t expect to be in this situation, but so far my toddler and I have just not been ready to wean
