Spotting

So i had spotting at the beginning of this month when my period was due and I just assumed that my period was coming but it hasn’t the spotting lasted a few days and stopped and my cm has returned to creamy? I came off birth control pill in June, my period last month was one day late and spotting was there after the period. So wondering why it’s not here yet? I had sex on the 30th but that doesn’t seem like enough time to experience implantation bleeding or anything. I got blood work done and get to see tomorrow but just stresses me out. Anyone experience anything similar
