TMI I NEED HELP

Okay I'm sorry I know this is gross. I have a lot of problems with my uterus. It is tilted backwards, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and possible cysts. I had my period 2 weeks ago and it's not due for about 2 weeks. For the last week I've been having pains. Today I started spotting and then this happened. Can somebody please tell me anything. Edit: a day later the bleeding slowed overnight and now it's heavier.

And after this picture was taken I used the bathroom and my stool was bloody.
